first things first - The foundation (wedding day management)

Let’s start at the end: Wedding management (aka “day-of” services) is the MUST-HAVE for any wedding support system. A pro who can manage the day, ensure the vendors have everything they need for success, and take logistics off the plates of family and friends so they can enjoy the day, is priceless. This part is no-brainer, so this is where we start.

• Services start at 8-weeks out from wedding day with a big planning meeting to review all the details

• Unlimited consulting support for the final 8 weeks leading up to wedding day.

• Final check-ins with vendors and getting all the logistics in order.

• Run and/or provide support at the ceremony rehearsal.

• Unlimited management hours on wedding day (through the end of the reception), serving as point person for the whole vendor team and managing logistics for the day.

• Facilitate set up and tear down at venue(s), including setting up your decor and special items (restrictions apply)

• Investment: $3900

• “Pick My Brain” Meetings: $150 for up to 60 minutes + follow up (virtual); $175 for up to 60 minutes + follow up (in-person)

• Event Design Consulting add-on: $1,200 (includes 1 virtual meeting + design deck with up to 2 revisions)

• Vendor recs package: $500 for customized recommendations of major vendors, including verifying availability and pricing

• Venue search package: starts at $950 and includes initial research, verifying availability and pricing, and attending walk-throughs

• Full Service / Unlimited Consulting package: starts at $7900 (pricing includes management)

A la Carte Services

“PICK MY BRAIN” SESSIONS

If you’d love some expert advice on a specific issue or you’ve hit a roadblock that you can’t seem to get past, a “Pick My Brain” session is just what you need! These one-off virtual meetings include up to 60 minutes of face time with me and a follow up to reconnect as needed. This is great alternative when you’re not looking to hire a traditional planner, but the internet and ChatGPT are failing you. Sometimes an outside perspective (from a pro) is all you need!

Investment: $150 per session

DIY Set up / tear down crew

If you’ve painstakingly curated your own decor and have no idea how it’s all going to come together on wedding day - we got you! You can now book a Rebel Wedding Planner set up and tear down crew to manage all of your tabletop decor, including transporting it all to and from your venue if needed.
