Having a wedding sound like a dream? Is actually planning it turning out a bit more like a nightmare? Well, then you’re exactly where you need to be, especially if you’re super busy and important (no, seriously) or the whole process just seems so very daunting.

Got control issues? No worries. My consulting-based style ensures that you’re always in control of the process. I can be hands-on and proactive, but am happy to take a step back when you’re on a roll. You get a pro when you need one, and not when you don’t.

The Process

First things first: We start off with your Initial Planning Meeting to determine where your mindset and expectations are for each aspect of your wedding. Once I have a peek inside your vision, I put together a customized planning checklist that’s available via a personalized online portal, along with other useful planning tools.

Next things next: We start chipping away at the big ol’ checklist, with me providing reminders and support at key intervals, including regular check-in meetings, unlimited communication, vendor recommendations + booking/liaising, reception tasting, venue walkthroughs, initial event design, and more. Remember, I’m only in it as much as you need – happy to hold your hand the whole time or wait until you say the word.

Final things last: About two months out from wedding day, we have your Pre-wedding Planning Meeting to work through all the nitty gritty details of wedding day and map out final planning pieces. I finalize details with all vendors and provide full coordination/management of the ceremony rehearsal and entire wedding day to keep the stress off you and your VIPs.

Investment

Two investment options are available depending on if your venue and catering are booked prior to contract.

Pricing shown includes planning support and management/coordination of ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Planning support and management of other events, such as rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and brunch, may require an additional fee, depending on scope of event.
